This survey is for any young person aged 13-25 living in the Sussex area who wants to get their voice heard around the future of health and social care services in Sussex.

Who is this survey for?

Any young person aged 13-25 living in the Sussex area who wants to get their voice heard around the future of health and social care services in Sussex!

This survey aims to find out:

  1. If you have accessed health or social care services during the current coronavirus pandemic (e.g., your GP, a sexual health service, emotional/mental health NHS wellbeing support such as counselling, a social/support worker or a local charity/community project – via phone or video call), what was your experience?
  2. Regardless whether or not you have accessed any service during the pandemic, what are your thoughts about accessing services through different types of appointments (e.g. via phone or video call) in the future?

This survey is completely anonymous. Your identity will never be linked to your opinions and ideas at any point in the analysis and reporting stage.

The survey will take you approximately 10 minutes to complete. Almost all questions require an answer so spend some time thinking about the question and type your answer as clearly as you can.
