Impossible to get appointment

Having contacted surgery to get an appointment to see GP about hip problem told I need a telelephone consultation 1st. 2 conversations later having waited a couple of weeks to be told a 3rd conversation with a physiotherapist needs to take place before I might be able to see someone. NO WONDER A&E IS FULL OF PEOPLE. This is a ridiculous waste of time but I suppose it weeds out those who are so fed up that they suffer in silence. Maybe I should say my mental health is at risk as this seems to be the buzz phrase at the moment or else wait until my blood pressure causes me to need other more intensive services
