Healthwatch in Sussex Poll: Your views on changes to GP surgeries

In 2023, the NHS announced how they intended to improve access to GP’s. Changes which have been rolled out include improved telephone systems (e.g. call backs), offering online consultations and improved websites. Alongside this, new and additional roles have been created in GP practices to solve the workforce shortage e.g. Advanced Practitioners.
