Patient Experiences of the Sussex Surgical Centre
In February 2026 Healthwatch volunteers visited the Sussex Surgical Centre to undertake an environmental audit of this new service and observe the reception area. Additionally, Surgical Centre staff placed surveys into the discharge packs of patients in March and April, and 30 people provided feedback on their experience of the service.
