Adult Social Care leaflets and factsheets
To help people understand what adult social care is and how it works, East Sussex County Council have recently updated three of their leaflets:
- A guide to Adult Social Care
- What you will need to pay towards the cost of your care
- Do you look after someone?
As well as being update the leaflets have been reviewed by some of the councils People Bank volunteers to check they are clear and easy to understand.
The updated leaflets are available online via the council website here.
The council are also asking organisations to help promote the leaflets so that people can access support when they need it. Organisations like libraries, GP surgeries, pharmacies, social care providers, charities and voluntary groups can order printed copies of the leaflets and a poster with a QR code to access the digital copies.
