Share your thoughts about local health services in Sussex
Our colleagues at Healthwatch Brighton and Hove want to hear what people living in Sussex think about their local health services.
They would like to hear your views and experiences about health services (including GPs) and what types of health support you may be interested in. Their survey also includes looking at ways that can help people to use health services when they need to.
The survey is composed of 17 questions, with a further eight 'about you' which are optional. The entire survey should take around five to ten minutes to complete.
At the end of the survey, there is an opportunity to enter a prize draw to win one of two £25 High-Street vouchers.
