The Havens Listening Tour

Following on from our Listening Tour activity in the 2024/25, between August 2025 and April 2026 we undertook two Listening Tours in Rother and Eastbourne to capture people’s views and experiences of health and care. This Listening Tour Report brings together the findings from both of these activities.

In 2026, Healthwatch East Sussex spoke to people in Eastbourne about their experiences of health and care services in the area, including how easy they found it to access the right support for them, any particularly good or bad experiences they have had, and what factors they feel most effect their wellbeing.
