This month we heard:
- From people looking for advice on how to access counselling or talking therapies.
- GP Services were the most common theme for enquiries this month. We heard from a number of people struggling with accessing GP appointments and experience long wait times on the phone.
- From people looking for information and advice on making a complaint about hospital services.
