Healthwatch East Sussex is undertaking our Listening Tour in Eastbourne. We are speaking to local people, voluntary organisations and statutory services about health and care, what impacts health and wellbeing, and what could be done to improve services.
Our Listening Tour workshop is open to anyone with a role or interest in health, care, or wellbeing. We will bring together people from different backgrounds, including professionals, practitioners, volunteers and the public.
We want to hear from you!
The workshop will listen to people's experiences of health and care in Eastbourne, and then ask what local decision-makers should focus on.
Discussion will be informed by the NHS 10-Year Health Plan, including the three major shifts from:
- Hospital to community
- Analogue to digital
- Sickness to prevention
We will make recommendations based on your feedback to help shape the priorities of local health and care services.
Tea, coffee and light refreshments will be available during event sign-in from 10am, with the workshop starting at 10.15am. Please confirm if you have any dietary requirements.
Healthwatch East Sussex are your health and social care champion, we make sure NHS leaders and decision makers hear your voice and use your feedback to improve care.
