- Setting up an NHS login (using photo ID and without photo ID)
- Using the NHS App
- Navigating the home screen
- Requesting repeat prescriptions
- Managing appointments
- Checking test results
- Viewing messages
- Using family and carer access
- Viewing documents
- Requesting a letter or information
You can also turn on British Sign Language and transcripts of the videos are also available.
