We want to hear your experience(s) of using Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service (NEPTS) in Sussex.
NEPTS takes eligible people to medical appointments and home again.
We want to hear:
- your experience of applying to NEPTS and booking a journey
- whether NEPTS meets your needs and expectations
- any changes you’d like to see to make the service better
Your views and ideas for improvement will be collated and shared anonymously with the provider of the service.
