New Years health and wellbeing

January is often a time when we hope to improve our health and wellbeing.

If you don’t know where to start, then you can take the new NHS Healthy Choices Quiz which provides a way of assessing how healthy your lifestyle is.

The five-minute Healthy Choices Quiz, launched by the government and NHS, gives people across England personalised steps to boost their health, mood and energy.

The interactive mobile-friendly quiz has been designed to identify healthy changes that people can make, and signpost to an array of trusted NHS resources to support healthier living.

The quiz starts by asking general questions about you and your motivations. These answers won't affect your result. Then it moves onto questions about your lifestyle, which is the main part of the quiz.

It will not ask about your medical history as it is not a medical assessment.
